For the last two+ decades, I’ve sharpened my saw in government, small business, startups, and top Fortune companies. Every moment of success and failure helped me learn what separates greatness from merely being good enough. Helping others reach their own version of greatness is what fuels me.

I grew tired of watching average speakers on screen or on stage when I knew they didn't have to be average. Audiences have grown to expect and accept "good enough" from speakers, TV personalities, sports figures, or even public servants. I believe everyone can show up better than they are right now, no matter how good they already are.

I use the breadth of my experience to help people be more influential. I help them see and develop solutions to protect their blind spots.

As a former law enforcement officer, I know that blind spots can be a source of trouble. That’s why my approach puts you on "point" with me as your "cover." I'm the one watching your back, looking for the things that might hurt your reputation or your image so you don't have to.
